All Sales Are Final: Except as outlined below, all payments for services, including paid memberships for engineers and placement fees for Top Employers, are non-refundable. 2. Engineer Services

Free Services: Our free services, such as job search, job alerts, and thumbs up/down functionality, are provided at no cost and do not involve payments or refunds.

Paid Memberships: Paid services, including proactive placement, career coaching, resume reviews, and exclusive career management tools, are offered through flexible, no-contract memberships. These memberships are non-refundable due to the immediate access provided to personalized recruiting support and resources. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at [email protected], and we will review your request promptly.

3. Replacement Guarantees

Instead of refunds, we offer replacement guarantees to protect your investment:

  • 20% Placement Fee: 90-day replacement guarantee.
  • 25% Placement Fee: 180-day replacement guarantee.
  • 30% Placement Fee: 1-year replacement guarantee.

4. Cancellation of Services

You may cancel your paid membership at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing, but no refunds are issued for payments already made, as services are provided immediately upon subscription.

5. Billing Disputes
